The organization has a documented and implemented Quality Management System (Q.M.S) in accordance with the requirements of EN ISO 9001:2008. The Q.M.S. is documented in this Quality Manual, in procedures, work instructions, quality plans (as required) etc.
The implementation of the Q.M.S. is regularly audited and reviewed.
Procedures, work instructions, quality plans etc document processes required for implementing the Q.M.S. requirements i.e. management responsibility, resource management, product realisation and measurement, analysis & improvement.
Processes required for the Q.M.S. implementation and their application throughout the organization are identified and the sequence and interaction of these processes is shown in the Organisation’s Quality Plan in the following page.
